Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

Mobile App Subscriptions
Subscription Options
The GutReset app offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscription options. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. We may occasionally offer promotional pricing.
Free Trial
Some plans include a free trial period. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap “Subscriptions”
- Select “GutReset”
- Choose “Cancel Subscription” or modify your plan
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You’ll continue to have access until then. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through their website or the App Store app.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the content without permission
- Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Share your subscription with others or use unauthorized methods to access premium features
Your Data
You own all data you create in the app, including meal logs, symptom logs, check-ins, and notes. You can export your data at any time from Settings > Export My Data, or delete all your data from Settings > Delete All Data. Deletion is irreversible.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vanilla b.v.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Vanilla b.v. and its licensors exclusively own GutReset, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Netherlands, the European Union, the United States, and other countries.
You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Services.
